Grateful Journal

I have learned the magic of the law of attraction is being grateful and appreciative of the positive things you already have. Every Full Moon I write down as many things, that I’m grateful for especially on things that I would like to improve on.

For example; I wrote: “I’m so grateful and thankful that I have so many beautiful gowns”. At the time I only had two, over the course of the next couple of months I had over six gowns, all happened to be given to me, or purchased at an insane deal, and they were couture gowns mind you.

Another example; I wrote: “I’m so grateful and thankful of my car, that has been with me through so many years, and thankful that it’s in good like new condition.” When I wrote down those words they were actual feelings I had for the car, I loved my SUV and I kept in perfect condition. The next few months I decided to put it up for sale, not really wanting it to sell, but two months later it sold. That day I felt sad, it was a weird feeling but I grew an attachment towards this car. Over the course of a two full moons, I wrote; “I’m so grateful and thankful that I’m getting my dream car.” the next month I received my ultimate dream car. A car that I could really only dream about, I pinch myself every time I get in to drive it.

Writing down things in grateful journal.

Writing in a grateful journal is simple, just be consistent, you could do it everyday, but the most powerful day to be thankful is on a full moon. Full moons represent being whole and complete with oneself, so the feeling of being appreciative and a sense of empowerment are natural. The more grateful things you write about the better, and it doesn’t have to be just on material positions. I write a lot about my emotional state, relationship, family, friends and improving on myself.
